i usually wear a 16 in torrid jeans, so when i saw on the city chic size guide that their 14 is a torrid 16, i went ahead and purchased the 14. big mistake, as it's WAY too tight in the waist (although these spectacular jeans fit perfectly everywhere else.) logged in today and miraculously they have the 16s again - only one pair, i think! so i snatched them up. i will buy 3 more pairs if they bring them back in my size (and, really, all sizes because everyone should have these jeans--they are that good!) especially for apple shapes, this is YOUR jean. bye bye overhang!!!!

These are simply the most amazing jeans ever!!

The stretch is wonderful, the length is great and the color is a wonderful dark blue.

The buttons on the high waist do have some give and honestly, you will love the way it holds your tummy in.
