I love this dress, don't get me wrong, but I do have some complaints. The main problem is the belt. It was waaaaay too small. I ended up poking a new hole in it, and then it fit. After wearing it for less than an hour, the stud in the belt (the thing you poke into the belt's hole) ended up coming out. On the bright side, lingerie double-sided tape did the job and held the belt on. I wore this for my casual outfit in a pageant and placed as Third Runner-Up out of 16 girls, so over-all, I can't complain about the style. The judges loved the playfullness of it and found it extremely appropriate. I'll definitely be ordering from City Chic in the future. (:

I ordered this in my usual M. And it fits. The skirt and collar are cotton. The collar btw is lined with polyester underneath ( to prevent friction against the jersey?). But the bodice is made of Jersey Cotton material and brings the dressiness and expensive look of this down. Plus just the constant friction from rubbing your arms side to side will cause pills and ruin it more in my opinion. My bust made tension/stretch lines in the middle of the bodice, where my cleavage would be. Not a good look.

Also, this dress is Ivory not white white.

This dress is lovely and fits PERFECTLY!! The fabric is a bit thick which i love because it really flatters bigger gals. The only problem i have with it is that the cute belt that came with it didnt fit...yet the dress did :-/ its alright...it still looks wonderful without the belt.
