Citychiconline.com ships to all states in the US. We use UPS and US Postal Service for all shipping destinations in the United States. These will be sent by the US Postal Service. We use DHL Global Mail Parcel to ship internationally.

Please Note: All orders are packaged and shipped out within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) of receiving your order. We need time to prepare and package your order - the delivery time will start once the order leaves our facility.

Shipping to USA

Orders shipped within the US will typically arrive within 5 to 8 business days after leaving the warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse in 48-72 hours. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Orders shipped overseas will typically arrive within 10 to 20 business days after leaving the warehouse. Most orders leave the warehouse in 48-72 hours. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

An important note about international shipments

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country. City Chic does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

Shipping Delays
We do not guarantee the arrival of international packages due to inconsistency of shipping services outside of the United States.

Occasionally, a delay in the shipment of an order may occur due to the customs processing. This is outside of City Chic’s control and we cannot be responsible for such delays.
